Ordering
  1. You may make purchases online from this website with your credit card by using PayPal. Please be sure that your mailing address you supply is correct, as that is where we will ship your order.

  2. When ordering, please note that shipping and handling is automatically figured in the total on the checkout page.

  3. When ordering it is important that you make full reference to the item number(s), title, and price.

  4. E-mail is best but phone calls will be accepted between the hours of 9:00 a.m. (EST) and 6:00 p.m. (EST). If we are unable to answer, please leave your name, phone number, where you are calling from (time zone), and a brief message. We will return your call as soon as we possibly can.

  5. If for any reason item(s) paid for become unavailable (Out of Stock, incorrectly Priced, Typographic Error, Mistaken Information from our Vendors, etc.), you will receive a PayPal refund for the cost of that item(s) and shipping and handling.

Shipping

Please note: SaveSomeBucks is currently unable to ship our products internationally.

Every outgoing item is expertly packaged for shipping. Special delivery requests can be arranged, please contact us for pricing details

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Your order will be processed (usually less than 3 business days) and shipped from our warehouse. UPS orders can take up to 8 days for delivery depending on where in the country you live.

You can trust that all items will be packaged with great care and Shipped. By sending payment for purchases you agree not to hold SaveSomeBucks responsible or liable in the event that packages are lost, stolen, or damaged while in possession of the selected delivery carrier. We have no control over your item(s) once your package leaves our warehouse. Should a package arrive with visible damage, please file a claim with the delivery service.

Packaging and Handling Fee

SaveSomeBucks has held off charging handling fees for as long as we possibly could, but due to the rising cost of packing supplies, service charges, etc, we must implement a new handling charge for all orders.

The total cost for your purchase, including handling charge and shipping fees should still be less than other Internet stores.

We are not raising the prices on our inventory, we feel that this is the best way to bring costs back into line. This handling charge applies to an entire order, not per item, so you can save more money by purchasing multiple items.

We truly wish that we did not have to do this, but our accountants tell us that to stay in business in today's market place we must implement this change.

Privacy Policy

At SaveSomeBucks.com, your privacy is our priority. We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times, in all situations. The information we collect about you when you become a member is used to process your orders. Our site uses PayPal to secure our customer’s information. We never see or store your credit card information

Our Use of Log Files
When you visit our site we automatically log your IP address, your browser type and your access times. We utilize this information to conduct site performance evaluations, to see where our visitors are coming from and to keep track of click stream data (the screens our users visit on our site). This data helps us to determine what content our members find most appealing so that we can maximize your shopping experience. Log files are not tied to any personally identifiable information.

Return Policy

Summary
Here, at SaveSomeBucks we make every effort to provide you with the best variety, quality and information in order to make sure the item you order is to your complete satisfaction. Despite all efforts, however, you may find a need to return a product you have purchased from SaveSomeBucks. This document describes the current Return Policy in force.

Returns
SaveSomeBucks currently offers a 30-day return policy. This return policy covers all US orders only. Due to our restriction of sales beyond US markets, no items will be accepted from other international locations. In order to receive full refund for the product you are returning, you must follow the RMA Process (described below) and have your product delivered to our facilities no later than 30 calendar days after we have shipped the product to your location. All products returned after this period or sent to a location not specified on the return instructions, may be refused and no refund may be issued.

In order to receive a refund, the returned item must be in "New" sellable condition and include all original packing, manuals, and software.

Replacements and exchanges
A replacement of a defective item may be requested when returning the original product. This request may be fulfilled at the discretion of our Customer Service department and based on the availability of same or similar products. Please note that it may be shipped to you only after we receive and process your returned product. If a replacement is needed immediately, it is suggested that you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when obtaining an RMA number, place a new order and inform Customer Service regarding this. The new order will be fulfilled as soon as the product is available. Your account for the original order will be credited approximately 10-12 business days after we receive the returned product. SaveSomeBucks reserves the right to refuse an RMA or to issue only one RMA per returned product. All RMAs are effective for 30 calendar days. Your shipment may be refused on the account of an outdated RMA number. SaveSomeBucks is not responsible for shipping costs on replacement RMAs.

Mis-shipments
If the item delivered to you was not the item you placed the order for or if you never received the product you ordered, please contact SaveSomeBucks Customer Support immediately, so that we may investigate and re-ship your product to you. In the unlikely event that we can not replace your order with same or like product, you will be issued a full refund including shipping and handling.

Non-refundable Items:
The following list describes all items which do not qualify for any full or partial refund.

  • Shipping and handling costs, wire transfer fees, customs and brokerage fees.
  • Any physically damaged or defaced items. Any damage as a result of shipping must be filed with the carrier immediately and prior to any requests for an RMA number.
  • Items with missing original manufacturer packaging materials, warranty cards, manual, driver CD, cables and/or other supporting materials and accessories.

RMA Procedure:
Request a Return Merchandise Authorization number and shipping instructions through support@savesomebucks.com or by calling us at 603-296-3030. Once your RMA request is received and processed, you will receive, via email, the Return instructions. Please read and follow the instructions carefully.

DO NOT SHIP RETURNS TO OUR CORPORATE ADDRESS, unless you were advised to do so by our Customer Support representative. Any return without accompanying RMA number shall be refused. Each issued RMA is good for 30 calendar days from the issue date. After 30 days, returns must be made directly to the manufacturer.

Returns must be sent via freight pre-paid by UPS, Federal Express, or any other carrier that issues a tracking number to the address provided by our RMA Department. To expedite processing of your return, please inform SaveSomeBucks Customer Service about your return, provide the name of the freight carrier and the tracking number for this shipment.

The customer is solely responsible for any desired insurance on the package. SaveSomeBucks is not responsible for any losses or damages of the item while in transit. Make sure to specify the RMA number on the outside of your package. If RMA number is not clearly visible when delivered, it will be refused. A $35.00 re-packaging fee will be charged for products returned in the non-original packaging. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.

Please allow 10-12 business days after all goods received for refunds to be processed. Your refund will be applied in the same manner of payment as used in the original purchase.

Spam e-mail

At SaveSomeBucks we are not interested in sending junk spam e-mail, bulk e-mails, or e-mail advertising to anyone. This practice is very annoying and not appreciated by anyone. Your e-mail address will not be used for reasons other than communications pertaining to the completion of transactions on this website, and follow-ups.
